It's time to step into the skin you feel great in! Break The Binge will set you up for lasting results that will have you feeling incredible inside and out! With workouts & nutrition plans that were designed to support your goal.

If feeling stronger is where you're at, Break The Binge will not disappoint. Our workout plan is designed to build upon itself, so you can feel stronger each week as you progress through the challenge.

I want accountability & Support

Ensuring your feel incredibly supported is our top priority. Accountability is everything when it comes to hitting goals, especially health and wellness goals. In Break The Binge, you have daily opportunities to connect with Jo in a group chat to ask any questions you have Plus ongoing support and trainings over the course of the challenge. You will never feel unseen or unsupported.

The Challenge

Challenge yourself to a 4 week program, designed to kickstart your banging summer body goals!

This is a home-based program, that you can tailor to fit your own personal circumstances and goals.

How It Works

You’ll be granted access to the Fishlocked Fitness App where you can discover your nutrition & workout guides.

The support & challenges will take place inside a members only facebook group. This will become your go-to for the group support chat (where you can submit questions for Jo throughout the 4 weeks)

When the program ends, you can continue with the program month by month for ongoing support & accountability.
